Royal Coffee is cold brewed coffee, sweetened with caramel and vanilla and enriched with aged rum. It is covered with a layer of sweet cream. It is our house specialty.

Gin, fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup and salted caramel come together in an unexpected harmony. Clarified through a milk-washing technique for silky smoothness and served over a crystal-clear ice cube. Refined, a little salty, and elegantly balanced.
Gin, fresh lime juice, and sugar are transformed through milk clarification into a silkyclear base. Finished with fruity tea in the glass, adding a vibrant, aromatic touch. Light, playful, and refreshingly unexpected – above all, something truly different.
